Meet Primetime, a New Look for ClutchFF

ClutchFF now comes in two looks. Classic is the one you know. Primetime is navy and gold, built like a stat graphic on a Sunday broadcast. Here's what changes and how to switch.

Every page on ClutchFF now comes in two looks. Classic is the calm, paper-toned design the site has always had, and it stays the default. Primetime is new: navy and gold, condensed type, and stat tables that look like the graphic that pops up on a Sunday broadcast.

Only the paint changes. The Clutch Score, the rankings, the projections and every stat are the same in both.

This page switches as soon as you click.

How to switch

  • On a computer: the button at the bottom of the left sidebar, just under the light and dark toggle. It reads “Classic look” or “Primetime look”; click it to flip.
  • On a phone: open the menu in the top-left corner. The same button sits at the bottom.
  • Your pick sticks on every page and the next time you visit. It is saved per browser, so a new device or a private window starts on Classic.
  • Both looks work in light and dark mode, so there are four combinations to choose from.

What Primetime changes

The colors that carry meaning stay put. Green still means we’re higher on a player than the experts, red still means lower, and in Primetime red is used for nothing else.

Why two looks

ClutchFF is mostly tables of football numbers, and we wanted a look that feels like it. Primetime is that look. But plenty of people like Classic for reading long boards on a Tuesday night, so rather than pick for everyone, we kept both and left the choice to you.

One thing always uses Classic: printing. The draft cheat sheet prints on a plain white page whichever look you have on screen.

Start with the Clutch Score rankings. That board shows off Primetime best.
